I totally agree with you, Srishti, about the relocation. What is nice is when candidates made it really clear they were able to relocate. Either on their own or with visa help. That type of information helps our hiring team a lot and will allow us to consider them as possible hires. So if that is something that you are open to for future jobs then make that really clear. I always advice to add it to the resume in which your location is often posted.
ie. Groningen, the Netherlands (open to relocation)
or something like that :)
